Know that whether you’ve been in the financial services profession for 25 years or have only been thinking about it for the last 5 minutes, Pattern Financial Group is not what you’d describe as traditional or conventional. From our working environment to the way we work, we’re all about NOT following the patterns of the world. If you’re looking for the stuffy “Wall Street” type of atmosphere this probably isn’t the place for you. The same goes for our work – no cookie cutter/fill in the blanks/print-a-plan here. What makes us distinctly unique is our purposeful desire to be uncommon.

And speaking of uncommon, our operations model is designed specifically to allow you to work when, where, and how you operate best. The Greater Houston area is far too fast to have a viable location for a daily commute for everyone. 

Versus a traditional office environment/schedule, our physical Woodlands/Magnolia facility was designed specifically to accommodate what we call the "Rs": Re-fuel, Re-train, Re-tool, Rest, Relax, and Recreate.  Fewer of us want to be confined to an office, but we wouldn't mind having a place we're able to Retreat to. So whether you're local and want to be here every day or you're across town and can only drop-in once a week for any of the "Rs" the choice is yours.
